Leadership is a great quality which can be developed nowadays. This is thinking of past that leaders are born they are not created but now this view has been changed to some extent. If proper guidance ,training is given to some one then this quality can be inculcated in everyone but first and most condition is that one should be ready to change oneself to develop leadership qualities. It is impossible to make someone learn something if one does not want to learn anything. Nowadays there is a dearth of leaders in a institutions, offices, in workplaces. Therefore it is felt to have more leaders to progress in every Walk of life. There are some ways which could be  helpful develop leadership qualities like have clear vision we should know our target.We should know our positives .We should know our negatives. Leaders are expected to motivate others to create more leaders .Leaders are expected to not only make good speeches but they should have  patience to listen others. They should be able to make changes in others life for betterment. Leaders should be able to get reputation in the heart of others. So there are some training programs ,why which one can develop all these qualities. First try to learn good speeches by famous leaders Second one should learn to control one's emotions ,Third Busy always in some new learnings. One should follow daily news to have better knowledge of current affairs... etc. Therefore try to be a leader and become the base for development of our society and of our country. thank you
