Every one wants to be happy. No one wants to remain unhappy. People try to find various ways to be happy.Busy with friends,busy with social media, watching TV, singing, dancing and many more.To my mind happiness depends on mental state and physical state .If we don't have any diseases,if we don't have any bodily illness then our happiness will depend on our mental state only. We can get that mental peace by following steps given below:
(1) Follow daily exercise/yoga/dhyana...
(2)Be satisfied,by what be have because God can not Injustice,so what ever we have ,only that we deserve
(3) Believe in your self and work hard to achieve your targets because only this is in our control nothing else.
(4)Have positive attitude time can be changed at any time,we can get an opportunity any time.
(5) We are not immortal so sorrows will not be for all the time.
