Mistakes

It is not correct that if we commit mistake then we should feel sad about that always but on the other hand we should examine the circumstances and do true analysis.
Mistakes happens but repeating mistakes is harmful. We should learn by our mistakes.
Mistakes by chance can be forgiven but deliberately committing mistakes are not tolerated.

Keep something always in order to use in future is a habit of many.It becomes very difficult to make our mind to give up those things which are no longer useful.
It is easy to say but to implement it is difficult, therefore it is said that something we must follow without satisfy ourself by our decision.Later we will be able to understand it.
So just make the list of those items which are not useful further, leave them forcefully. It will make your life more fruitful.

Everything Is Good ?

When we use fire to cook food then it is considered life giving power but fire destroys, then it does not leave anything intact.
It is not the fire but it is the user who decides the uses of fire. If fire is used constrctively then it is boon but if it is used destructively then it is a curse.
So it is user who must learn how to use anything constructively.

Presently we should make our mentally status strong to deal day to day problems.
We must think the future is not in our control but we can control present to some extent. So follow these rules

Try to give your some time on your hobbies

Initiate to learn  something new, such as language,drawing,writing...

Don't be panic because we know this time will also pass.

So,enjoy yourself everything which happens.

Life skills

The skills which make us capable to to lead the life successfully.Such lifeskills we must develop to lead the life happily.
Shortness
Generally everyone is suffering from the tendency that they are lacking something.
This feeling of shortness restrict their progress.

Once there were 50 persons and they were shown a white cloth. There was only one black spot on that white paper. Then a question was to all the persons, what they see on that cloth?

Around 47 people mentioned about the black spot even the white colour was much more than the black colour.
This is applicable in our life also,we think always about those things which we don't have and remain sad on the other hand if we think about those things which we have but others don't have. If we do this practise most often then we can progress very much.

Once one king saw a painting and he declared that painting the best painting of the world, other courtiers also agreed.
One courtiers was not ready to accept that so the king asked him to prove that.
The courtiers took that painting a placed at public place and asked the people to mark the mistake in that painting.

In very less time that painting was full with mistakes. Same we do in daily life,we complain very much but don't effort to amend the things.

So decide  today not to complain much and think about the things which you have.

Types of guarantor

Two types of guarantor are first financial and other non financial.Financial guarantor has to take on the full legal liability for loan repayment.
Non-financial guarantor acts as a mission between the bank and the borrowers.

Effect on your credit score
When you become financial guarantor of some on then your loan eligibility become less accordingly.
Suppose you are eligible to take 50 lakh loan as per your salary and you are guarantor for 30 lakh loan then  if you seek for loan then you will be given loan of 20 lakh ,be because you already have liability for 30 lakh loan.

Expert Opinion

So before becoming the financial guarantor first observe the financial condition of that in detail and also convince him to take insurance cover for his

EMI.

An equated monthly installment (EMI)

is a fixed payment amount paid by a borrower to the lender at a specified date each calendar month. Equated monthly installments are used to pay off both interest and principal each month so that over a specified number of years, the loan  could be repaid in full.

Argument

Whenever a discussion happens among parties then some time some party decides that they would not accept others view about any topic.

When one party remains rigid about their views then that  discussion does not end peacefully.

But it is the need of the hour that one must be flexible about one's views ,if one comes across some right views then one should accept it.
This type of argument will be useful not useless.
Acceptance of weakness is not weakness but it is considered  as a strength. So whenever such hot discussion takes place then all the concerned parties must be open minded.
