Leadership is a great quality which can be developed nowadays. This is thinking of past that leaders are born they are not created but now this view has been changed to some extent. Whatever​ you want to achieve,how will you achieve that? Answer is simple try your best to achieve that, always keep your mind that nothing is available in free,and there is cost of everything thing if you want to achieve high target then you will have to put much energy and hardwork also.It depends on your Target.If target is big then your input in form of your hardwork should be big,Let take example if you wish to convert 2 into 8 then you multiply 2 by 4,but if you want to convert 2 into 100 then  you multiply 2 by 50.In first case you multiply 2 by 4,why? Because you wanted to achieve 8,but in other case 2 is multiplied by 50 , because you want to achieve 100,so keep in your mind if you want big then input should be big.So understand the simpe funda and achieve your Aim.Thank You
