SMART CANDIDATE

  • SMART CANDIDATE

  • An Interview was going on in a firm. Many deserving candidates were appearing in that Interview. The candidates were presenting their skils ,skillfully.Onthe displaying board average salary was flashing around 1lakh ,till that time.
  •
  • FOLLOW SUIT
  • When other candidates, who were waiting for their turn ,when they noticed that the average salary was being demanded till that time was around one lakh,So rest of the candidates followed suit and they  also started to ask for 1 lakh as a salary.
  • DEMAND of THE LAST CANDIDATE
  •
  • The last candidate, when he got the call to appear for the interview. When same question was put before him that
  •  how much did he want as a salary.?
  • HIS ANSWER
  • Against the trend he told that he wanted One & Half lakh rupees as a salary. This was the answer ,which was not imagined by the Interview Board because when average salary was being demanded by the candidates was 1 lakh rupees.
  • But this last candidate was demanding Rs 50 thousands extra.
  • So, a board member asked him that the average salary was being demanded as Rs 1 lakh then why he was demanding ONE &HALF LAKH as a salary for the same work?
  • CANDIDATE REPLIED
  • The last candidate told without hesitation that 1 lakh for average work and 50 thousand extra for extra ordinary work.
  • Now it is your decision whether you want a average candidate for your  firm or a candidate with extra ordinary abilities for your firm.
  • BOARD DECISION
  • Board decided to select the last candidate for the job.Who was demanding more salary then the average salary.
  • WE LEARNT
  • We should believe in our abilities, talaent and we should not hesitate  to demand the due amount against our services and we will certainly get the one who will endorse our abilities,if we really have those qualities.
  • EXPERTS OPINION
  • There is price for everything .Quality products are expensive while the sub standard products  are cheap. There are customers for every kind of product.
  • So if product is of high standard then certainly we we will get the high price for that.
