There are many people who always wonder that what is the secrets behind successful people answer is simple, PATIENCE & WORK.

 These are two magical words which defines one's success,You know if one wants to achieve something then he will have to work hard and wait till the result come.So patience and work are the most important factors to achieve the success.

When you work in the direction to achieve some thing  think about the result but keep in your mind that result will take time ,so don't be in hurry continue work in the planned guidance.

Remember we ourselves did not became adult immediately but we took the due time to become mature,same is with everything. There is  definite time for every thing to achieve  something ,one has to follow that path. We know when we plant a plant then also it takes time to grow fruits.

If we start discussing the factors behind success then there are many facts have been told us by successful people,but in a nutshell only these two magic words PATIENCE & WORK are the keys to success.

WHOM, PEOPLE LIKE ?

Many people always remain confused about this question that why people respects someone very much 

and other does not command that much respect.?

Answer is simple generally only that person command respect in the society who gives respect to others,the person who takes interest in others ,that person become centre of attraction amid others this is set rule and it is true up to 99% ,but one person are those who are famous by birth,these one percent people do not put any extra effort,even though they become popular.

Here our aim is not to discuss about these one percent because there might be many reasons about these people ,such as their good looks,their birth in rich family,their intelligence,their communication skills,their excellent knowledge about current affairs... and so many, be can analysis endlessly but it is difficult to come an acceptable conclusion

If unfortunately we do not fall in those one percent then there are some tips one can follow to become the centre of attraction.

First and foremost don't become burden on others ,I mean to say take advantages from others but within limit not beyond that limit such as one can not force others to take evening stroll with one when others are busy in their work.

try to understand by one more example that if some person allow someone to watch his television and if one starts disturbing others again again to watch television when owner of the television does not want to watch television ,I think it may be clear that don't become burden on others.

Be helpful , If one wants that others must like one then one must be help giver its mean helpful instead of becoming selfish ,means one who always take help but never provide help.

Be respectful, one must know that how one must behave so that others do not have embarrassing feelings while they spent their precious time with one, it means one must understand how to behave with elders,colleagues, and even with youngers.

Be brave it mans others must feel that you may face the problems and find out the solution in case of any unexpected events.

HOW TO BE HAPPY ALONE

It is very difficult to be happy alone.With our family,friends... remains happy is not difficult.
Actually human is a social guy,he wants company of some humans always.This question comes later company of like minded or not like minded,actually it does not matter but company is must for a human.
Now a days everyone is busy with himself and everyone is little selfish also. Everyone one wants to spend time with himself but it is seen that this loneliness does not make a person happy for long ultimately one requires a company to be happy.
There are many people who don't have company,family they have to remain alone most of the time,now they really needs guidance to be happy,here are a few suggestions...

First go to nearby stadiam or a park where you see some children playing at least observe them and remains self motivated.

Follow your hobbies at least one like reading,writing...

Try to meditate for one to two hours daily.

Sleep for at least ten hours

Cook your food yourself

Go on long drive

Go to visit some different parts of the country and outside the country.

Attend some sermon session and visit some ashrams.

Try to spend some time watching contents on YouTube of your choice.

Try to teach in school part-time as a freelancer teacher

Try to learn new language

Try to teach that language to others

Spend sometime time with aged people because they are also interested to spend their time.

Do take care of your health and have updates to remain healthy

And always have thinking that being alone is not a curse but an opportunity to know yourself deeply so always thank God for providing you such a great  loneliness.

HOW TO BE CONFIDENT?

To become confident one must overcome self made fears. It is seen many people become fearful because of self created fear,such as

What will others think about you?

What will happen?If you say no.

What will happen if you? If they see you after long time?

.... There are many such questions which are self created. So first avoid such self created questions and answers,this is first step to become confident.

Do your allotted work on time . When you your desired work on time then you automatically become confident,and this is the second step to be confident.

There must be balance between earnings and expenditure,because when one observe his future secure financially then one certainly become more confident,this is the third step to become confident.

Have  information about current affairs,if not full then in brief,so you place your views confidentially in social gathering,it is fourth step to become confident.

Learning from others experiences is great now a days life is to experience everything yourself but it is wise to learn from others experiences,this is fifth step to be confident.

To have healthy physique is also very important to become helpful in every circumstances,therefore be healthy for this take proper diet and do exercise,this will be another step to be confident.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR CHILD SMART?

Everyone wants to have a great,intelligent,brilliant,smart,all rounder child irrespective of his own personality,intelligence,success.
..but? How? Explore the following ways.

First become yourself smart means first mother and Father of the child must be smart.

Gather the information sought by your child regarding some events,topic,subject...  and you could not help your child because you did not have knowledge or you did not have interest...but understand it is your prime responsibility to satisfy your child ,so gather information and impart to your ward.

Observe your child carefully and have true analysis about your child abilities so don't have extra expectations just have expectations according to his limitations.

Individual differences play major role in once development therefore one can develop in one's field of interest so it is duty of parents to understand the interests of your child and help them in there field of interests.

First control yourself it means what activities you don't like in your wards don't follow those activities yourself.

Provide minimum facilities to your ward for improving in his field...like table, chair, book , copies...for studying.

First follow time table yourself...like morning exercise,eating food,watching TV,using mobiles....then you will see your child will also follow his time table of playing,studying.... Because children learn from home very much.

Make your own targets and achieve them in stipulated time frame then share your success in the family... in this way you can motivate your children to fulfil their resolutions.

My child always play with mobile,does not take interest in study but always want mobile for visiting Facebook,Instagram, YouTube, What should I do to take this addiction out  from my child?

Simply ask yourself who gives mobile to your child yourself, So have courage to take it back.

Bring some story books of his choice

Buy some interesting indoor and outdoor games and you should also play with him.

Watch some good movie on every weekend

Visit some nearby area such as temple,mall,market,bank,college,vegitable market,stadiam...

Try to involve him in household work

Try to read his syllabus books and share knowledge with him.

Show him some good videos available on YouTube,WhatsApp sometime only.

Brief him about current affairs and discuss about them.

Regular discuss about his future plans and strategies to achieve them.

Ask him about his friends regularly and about their activities..

Try these simple methods and you will observe some changes in your child behaviour and later you will come across several such strategies to guide your child in right direction and in making him mobile addiction free.

At last keep remembering your self that it is our duty to inculcate good habits in him , because only we are responsible to bring him in this world.

Money

Money is very important to my mind it is not very important but it is everything.One must try to earn much and save much.

Presently we are living in such a environment where you can buy everything by money,our comforts, respect,friends,... whatever we can think of,we can buy with money.So always respect money which we have.

Finds several other sources of earnings and do your best to earn through them.Never think that having greed for money is bad instead say have greed to earn money through right way.

I want to say that one should do only that work which could generate some revenue always enhance your understanding of ways to  earn money.
Just keep your pen and pencil ready and make a list that what you can do with money which you have and what you could not do and are unable to do because you don't have that much required money,I think you will get the answer about the importance of money.
