Some important rules of using the credit card are as follows. 

1.Full Payment

Avoid minimum payment because in this case your debt remains as it is and it affects your credit score and reduce extra payment of the bill in form of the interest.

Bill of the credit card must be paid on time Or before time and it will be better if you resort to auto debit facility of the credit card bill. 

3. Don't use full limit. 

Don't use full limit of the card use as per your requirements not as per your desires because needs can be fulfilled but desires are always remain burden and one loose one's mental peace also. 

4. Reward points

Rewards points are obtained on every expenditure according to bank policy. These rewards points can be convert into money or things according to the policy of the bank. This will be extra income. 

5. Regular use of credit card is not good.

Have emergency fund and dont use the credit card frequently for your every  Expenditure. Because you will have to deposit the bill of the credit card on time. If you are not able to full payment of the card then you will have to deposit minimum balance and that will not reduce the bill amount so it will be extra expenditure. 

6. Check statements regularly. 

Check  the statement regularly to track the expenditure. One can analysis which is good and which is expenditure . One can come across discrepancies, which can be rectified. 

7. Be careful about offers. 

Offer are not free, there is some hidden policies, hidden charges also. Try to understand offers given to increase the sells not for your benifits So purchase when it is necessary otherwise avoid it. 

8. Avoid Using of credit card to show off

It is seen, many a times fool credit card holder purchased the things which are not in their wish list, but to show they do this. This practice must be avoided. 

9. Use of different cards. 

Try to have different cards and use accordingly because there are cards which are useful in travelling, which are useful for refill the fuels... By using credit card purposefully and specifically one can get much benifits. 

10. Have customer care number. 

Customer care number is very important and essential to contact for some adverse situations. One can immediately report to the bank in case of any frauds.

आजकल इस सवाल पर बहुत चर्चा हो रही है। इसका उत्तर वस्तुनिष्ठ नहीं बल्कि व्यक्तिपरक है क्योंकि यह व्यक्ति की परिस्थितियों और इरादों पर निर्भर करता है।

आजकल कई करियर विकल्प खुले हैं, इसलिए कई लोग यह सोचने लगे हैं कि कॉलेज जाने के बजाय उन्हें यह सोचना चाहिए कि आखिर पैसे कैसे कमाए जाएं। शिक्षा का अंतिम उद्देश्य पैसा कमाना है। लेकिन पैसे का उपयोग करना सीखने के लिए बुद्धि की आवश्यकता होती है, लेकिन दुर्भाग्य से यह कॉलेज में नहीं सिखाया जाता।

लेकिन जब हम समाज में जाते हैं तो हमें पता चलता है कि ऐसे कई सफल लोगों के उदाहरण हैं जिन्होंने कॉलेज छोड़ दिया था, लेकिन वे बहुत सफल हैं।

इसलिए कॉलेज जाना बेकार है, यह निष्कर्ष नहीं है, वास्तव में व्यक्ति को ठीक से सोचना चाहिए और अपनी परिस्थितियों के अनुसार सोचना चाहिए कि क्या वह औपचारिक शिक्षा के बिना अच्छा और सार्थक जीवन जीने के लिए पर्याप्त परिपक्व है, यदि उत्तर हाँ है तो आश्वस्त रहें और कॉलेज में प्रवेश न लें अन्यथा कॉलेज जाएँ और डिग्री प्राप्त करें और कौशल सीखें और बहुत समय और धन के साथ खुशहाल जीवन जिएँ।

ये मेरे विचार हैं, जरूरी नहीं कि ये सही हों, व्यक्ति को अपनी अंतरात्मा पर विश्वास करना चाहिए और सराहनीय निर्णय लेना चाहिए

 This question is  being discussed now a days very much. Answer is not objective but subjective because it depends on individuals circumstances and intentions. 

Because of many career options which are open nowadays, many people start thinking that instead of going to college  one should think about how to earn money after all The ultimate aim of education is to earn money.But  wisdom is required to  learn how to use money but unfortunately it is not taught in the college. 

Benefits of college Education

College provide specific, targeted education which is required in particular professions like medical education, engineering, law education, finance education.... etc because  of late it is believed that skills can be taught every one is not having natural talent. 

But when we go through the society then we come to know there are many examples of those successful people who were college dropped out but are super successful. 

So college  going is not worth, it is not the conclusion, actually one must think properly and according to ones conditions that is he or she mature enough to lead good and meaningful life without having formal education, if answer is yes then be confident and don't take admission in the college otherwise go to college and earn degree and learn skills and lead happy life with lots of time and money.

2. खुले तौर पर संवाद करें

आम तौर पर वह आपके सौंपे गए काम के बारे में नियमित रूप से जानकारी मांगता है। अपनी मानसिक शांति न खोएं।

Ask his intentions what he wants from us. Understand the instructions clearly so that you can complet your task within the time limit. Clarify your doubts and present your apprehension clearly. Try to include your ideas also if he likes then ok otherwise accept his opinion give respect to his ideas very much. 

2. Communicate openly

Generally he asks regular updates about your assigned work. Do not loose your mental peace. 

Update about your work and seek regular his guidance or his expectations from us, do work according to him, make him feel important always. 

3. Have healthy relationship of trust. 

Always have healthy professional relationship and meet the deadline. Try to make him understand that he can believe on you. Shows respect for him by your work. 

4. Handle issues peacefully

If some issues arises then listen him calmly and present your opinion also try to convince him by your positive attitude and honestly. But issues are not resolved then approach to higher authority. Do not hesitate to raise your concerns. 

5.Have limit

Have boundaries between you and your boss. Just have professional relationship don't allow him to cross his limits and don't break your limits also. Don't demand unnecessary, be realistic approach.
